Practitioner information
Only appropriately qualified practitioners may provide regulated health services. You may ask the clinic for the name, qualifications, registration details and role of the practitioner proposed to provide your care. Registration information can also be checked on the Ahpra public register.
Fees and funding
Any fee information is general unless provided to you in a written, individual estimate. Hospital, anaesthetic, device, investigation and follow-up costs may be separate. Insurance and Medicare eligibility vary and should be independently confirmed.
